This is my neighborhood, and I have hit them all, and this stand does the best dogs, the buns are the firmest (not that MY buns are being helped by the onions and creamcheese) and the quality is the most consistent of all the stands on the Hill.
I load up the Spicy with the CreamCheese, Onions, Kraut, honey mustard and a little Rays BBQ Sauce. Has to be on my list of my last meals when the giant earthquake is going to flatten Seattle into a pile of rubble.
Friday or Saturday night, the siren song of the tasty dog hits, and from my door, I can just about smell the grilling.
Lucky my gym is across the street, an hour on the treadmill and I am just about back to neutral for this indulgence. -

I love this spot so much. The dogs are big and filling and the perfect way to end a night out at Chop Suey.

Great after bar or after club food!! It also helps that chop suey is a club!!! So there you go!! One stop party!!

My boyfriend had the drunchies after going to Chop Suey.... the location of this stand was so convenient! He ordered the hot link, and oh my gosh, it was phenomenal! I wish I had ordered one for myself as well. It was spicy and hit the spot. SO GOOD. It was definitely better than the LA hot dog vendors that post themselves outside of Staples Center after Lakers games lol

I'm surprised this place hasn't been Yelped yet...or maybe I'm not finding it easily.
The hot dog here is probably one of the best I've ever had! And I can accurately judge because I was sober at the time, so no dull taste buds here. There's an option of a regular or spicy hot dog. I went with the regular since I didn't know how spicy the other one would be. Of course, I said "Yes" to both onions and cream cheese because those are the only reasons to have the hot dog in the first place. The onions were perfectly caramelized and the cream cheese was exactly the right amount. The hot dog itself was split and grilled on both sides...yum yum yum! Oh, and the bun was toasted/grilled.
Also, they had quite an extensive array of condiments! I saw at least 3 kinds of mustard. I didn't want to ruin the hot dog/onion/cheese combo too much so I added just a smidge of honey mustard just to sweeten it up a bit.
I want another one!
